Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB), through its Jariah Fund, conducted the handover ceremony for the 'Penyerahan Sumbangan Projek Guru Digital Orbit Reader' to the Malaysia Association for the Blind (MAB), with a contribution amounting to RM9,814.
The contribution was presented by Tuan Haji Zaharuddin Alias, Head of Social Finance Department, BMMB, to Dato’ George Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of MAB.
The contribution aims to support the purchase of the Orbit Reader 2.0 device as a teaching aid for the Office Management Skills Programme, enabling instructors to train visually impaired trainees at the Gurney Training Centre in the use of latest assistive technology.
